Missed Appointments
Please do not rely on the telephone confirmation call as a friendly reminder as sometimes it is not possible to call everyone! Appointments due will be written on appointment cards with the date and time.
Unfortunately missed appointments will be charged with a cancelation fee. Starting from £40.00 per hour.
